At Bloombox Club, we want you to be perfectly happy with your new green companions. If your plants or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Your Plant

  Upon arrival, inspect your plant and accessories; if there is any transit damage, take a photo within 48 hours to qualify for a free replacement.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our plant care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the items in their original breathable packaging to ensure the plants stay healthy and the pots remain unbroken during the journey back.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using our prepaid label; once we verify the items are in good condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
