How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and its pot in place, minimizing movement and protecting the foliage during transit.
What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, simply send us a photo within 30 days and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our nursery, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your new green friend's journey to your door.
Do you provide care instructions for the plants?
Every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific needs, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips.

Are the pots included with the plant purchase?
